BOAT ROCKER STUDIOS’ RELATIONSHIP DRAMA “SLIP” HEADS TO PEACOCK
Written, directed by and starring Zoe Lister-Jones, the series will launch on April 20
TORONTO, ON, April 14, 2026 – Boat Rocker Studios, the award-winning independent entertainment company, announced today that the Zoe Lister-Jones' genre-bending relationship drama Slip is set to stream on Peacock in the U.S. beginning April 20.
Written, directed by and starring Lister-Jones, Slip (7 x 30’) follows Mae Cannon (Lister-Jones, The Miniature Wife, Life in Pieces), a 30-something woman who has been with her husband Elijah (Whitmer Thomas, Stone Quakers, The Walking Dead) for 13 perfectly fine, if unexciting, years. After meeting an intriguing man in a bar and experiencing a temporary lapse in judgment, Mae wakes up to find out she’s slipped into a parallel universe where she is married to that one-night stand. As she continues to slip into other universes, and enters new relationships, she tries to find her way back to Elijah and, ultimately, to herself.
Slip was produced by Boat Rocker Studios and Dakota Johnson and Ro Donnelly’s TeaTime Pictures. It was originally commissioned by Roku in the U.S. The deal was brokered by Brad Horvath, VP, Content Sales & Distribution at Boat Rocker Studios.
